We will package your order as safe as possible in preparation for transit, once you or nominated person has collected your order from us, we are no longer responsible for any damage or loss to the product.

We recommend cake or products be placed on the passenger floor in the front, this is the safest place for your cake.

In summer/spring months turn the aircon onto cold before picking up to ensure it is transported in a cool environment. If travelling for a long distance, place the cake box on top of non-slip mat to keep the box still. 

No refund or exchange will be provided of any kind for any loss or damage in transit. We will not be held liable for possibility of melting due to sunlight or heat. 

We understand that life happens, if you wish to cancel your order, we require this in writing via email,

If you wish to cancel your order more than 7 days prior to your agreed collection/delivery date, we will fully refund (if client had paid).

Should you cancel your order within 7 days of your agreed collection/delivery date, we will retain the 50% deposit paid, and refund the remaining balance of the invoice (if paid in full by client)

Should you cancel your order within 48 hours of your agreed collection/delivery date, we will retain the full invoice amount.

Should you need to change the date of your order, this will be subject to availability, and a refund is at the discretion of us.

Each creation that leaves our kitchen, is one that we are proud of, by placing an order with Tiffany & Cakes.NZ you acknowledge you have viewed our gallery and appreciate our style of decorating. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be given if you are unhappy with the colour, design or overall decoration of your order.
